Yes I did. Some of us ordered the Eyelines, because they are legal in Germany with TüV certificate. Communication is really not the best, but they always answered within a day. Perhaps they are not used to the English language. No idea.

I just send them email with business proposal, asking if they would be interested in me selling their parts, I would list all their parts on my site, helping them getting customers worldwide.
I thought of the option that they simply didn't replied because they aren't fluent in english but whenever I contacted some german company I got fast response in prety good english.
Looks like they aren't like that.

It's two months since I have send them email and nothing happened. I contacted them again over facebook a week ago and no response.
I guess they don't care if someone is interested in their products so I think it's not worth bothering with them at all.

I would appreciate if you can call them and tell them I'm interested in selling their parts, becoming their dealer. Their market for genesis parts would become much bigger with my help than what they have now.
I'm just worried I would have problems reaching them to place order in case they accept me as their dealer. This is only thing that worries me. If I need to order something I need reply in max 3-4 days, any longer is to long. Next day reply is best of course.

Tell them this and we will see what they say. Thank you very much for your help  Smile

I gave them a call. They could not find you in their system. -.- But they gave me a hint. Register here under the point "Registrierungsformular". They will contact you automatically. If this also does not work within two weeks drop me message and they will receive a very distinctive call. Wink

No I don't want to deal with such comopany at all. If they can't reply to one email than it can only get worse. If I offer their products and than I get order and they don't reply to my email asking to get some parts than it's a disaster.

Moppi yes I did registered using that formular and waited for 2 weeks as you said and as expected nothing happened. I would just like to know why is it so hard to answer one email.
